When will you ship my order?

All orders received by 3pm PST will go out the very next business day! We're proud of our speedy shipping. It’s one of the #1 compliments we get from our customers. :)

NOTE: It goes without saying; but we can’t ship if the post office is closed. This includes Sundays and federal holidays. Federal postal holidays are listed below.

If you order fresh paste prior to a holiday weekend, we'll delay your shipment until Monday to ensure your items arrive perfectly fresh.


When are the postal holidays?

As a federal agency, USPS is closed on the following dates:

  • New Year’s Day - Jan 1
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - 3rd Monday of January
  • President’s Day - 3rd Monday of February
  • Memorial Day - Last Monday of May
  • Juneteenth - June 19
  • Independence Day - July 4
  • Labor Day - 1st Monday of September
  • Indigenous People’s Day - 2nd Monday of October
  • Veteran’s Day - November 11
  • Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday of November
  • Christmas Day - Dec 25

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been scheduled to ship, you'll receive an email that provides you with tracking information. If you don't receive the email within a day or so, please check your spam folder and ensure that info@sarahenna.com is in your contacts.


Which delivery provider do you use?

We ship all domestic and international packages through USPS or UPS. If you have a special need for another delivery service, we may be able to make arrangements for you - just get in touch.


Do you ship to my country?

Yes we do! We ship worldwide.

Please note that international orders may be charged import taxes or duties by your government. We are unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are returned from customers who refuse to pay import duties.

Due to USA export laws, we are unable to modify values on orders or mark them as gifts. 


How long does delivery take within the USA?

No Rush Shipping usually arrives in 3-5 business days. However, it can take up to 10 days. (If you’re in Western Washington, it usually arrives in 1-2 days).

Priority Mail is fast and reliable, and usually arrives in 2-3 business days. Delays are uncommon.

Express Mail is the fastest option, and is the only guaranteed service from USPS. It arrives in 1-2 business days, depending on your location. If you have a hennemergency, we recommend this shipping option. In the rare chance it doesn’t arrive on time, your purchase is fully refundable.


How long does delivery take everywhere else?

No Rush Shipping usually arrives in 1-3 weeks, but may take up to 4-5 weeks to reach certain locations.

Priority Mail usually arrives in 6-10 business days*.

Express Mail is the fastest option, and is the only guaranteed service from USPS. It arrives in 3-5 business days*, depending on your location. If you have a hennemergency, we recommend this shipping option.

How much is USA shipping?

Shipping prices are based on the package weight, size and where it’s traveling. An easy way to check is to add items to your shopping cart and go to checkout. You can enter your address to get a full list of the shipping options with the exact prices.

Here’s some general pricing:

No Rush Shipping is FREE when you spend $35 or more. Otherwise, it starts at around $5 depending on the total weight of the package and how far it’s traveling.

Priority Mail is FREE if you order fresh paste and spend $35 or more. Otherwise, it starts at around $8 depending on the total weight of the package and how far it’s traveling.

Express Mail is the most expensive option since it comes with a full money-back guarantee if your package doesn’t arrive on time. The cost is usually around double or triple the cost of Priority Mail, and varies depending on package weight and how far it’s traveling.


How much is international shipping?

Shipping prices are based on the package weight, size and where it’s traveling. An easy way to check is to add items to your shopping cart and go to checkout. You can enter your address to get a full list of the shipping options with the exact prices.

Tip: if you order multiple times a year, you can save money by combining everything into one order. It’s less expensive to make one large shipment than it is to ship multiple times.

Returns

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy on all non-perishable items*

We only sell professional-grade products that we use in our day to day business. If we don’t love it, we don’t sell it! However, if you're dissatisfied for any reason returns are available under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact.
  2. Return options include replacement, exchange, or store credit for the cost of the item minus shipping.
  3. Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your return.
  4. You are responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.
  5. A tracking number must be provided for the returned item when you ship it back to us.
  6. Pre-authorization is required for returns. Please see "How to return an item" below for more details.

* Perishable items include: henna (powder and fresh paste), jagua, essential oils, kits (these contain henna/jagua and essential oils), hydrosols, finishing spray, and aftercare balms.
